ED GRANT'S 2008 CROSS COUNTRY ALL STATE FRESHMAN TEAMS

   Below are the NEW JERSEY TRACK all-state freshman teams for th 2008 cross-country season.

       Selections for the girls' team are based almost entirely on competition in varsity events, the exceptions being the 
early individuaal class meets. For the boys, however, it is a mixture of varsity and freshman races since boys in some 
the state's top varsity programs seldom, if ever. get a chance to run at the full vatsity distance.

       The upcoming issue of NJT will have a full listing of all-state teams, regional teams and slass teams. It may be
