STATE GROUP INFORMATION

Scullion's Timing will not be doing the timing at this years NJSIAA Group Championship Meet. This means three things to our readers - One, the results probably will not be posted until Sunday evening. We don't think it will be possible for meet management to get the results to us Saturday night and we will be timing the Regional Wheelchair Championships all day Sunday. Two, we cannot quarantee what format the results will be in. I will post them the best possible way I can, but it may not be a separate page for each group by sex. The manner in which they are sent to me will determine how I can post them. Three, we do not know how deep the results will be. I do not know if they will be total or just the top six. Again, we will post whatever is sent to us.

We are posting this notice to try to ward off the avalanche of e-mail we will receive regarding the groups.

To answer the many questions on why we only post the top six performances from the sectionals - there are not enough timing companies around to do all the sectionals by computer. All sectionals have to be hand timed if all sites cannot have computer timing. Otherwise, the seeding going into the groups would not be fair. It's next to impossible to get many more than six places with hand timers.
