Following is the NEW JERSEY TRACK all-state freshman cross-country team for the 2010 season.

As usual, the girls’ team has been selected entirely from performances at the varsity level, while the boys’ team includes both those who

competed solely in freshman races and others who appeared on both in varsity and freshman events.
